Stainless Steel

A form of steel containing chromium, resistant to tarnishing and rust.

STAINLESS STEEL: Seamless / ERW Pipes, Pipe-Fittings, Sheets, Perforated, Sheets, Plates,

Circles & Ring, Rods, Wire, Wire-Mesh, Flats, Angles, Channels, SMP

      Rodes Eelectro ets. of Grades TP-304,304L,316,316L,321, 309 309S, 310,

409, 410, 410S, 420, 430, 904, 904L etc.

Types:

 1) 304

Type 304 stainless steel is a T 300 Series Stainless Steel austenitic.

It has a minimum of 18% chromium and 8% nickel, combined with a maximum

of 0.08% carbon. It is defined as a Chromium-Nickel austenitic alloy. Grade304 is the

standard "18/8" stainless that you will probably see in your pans and cookery tools.

2) 304L

Stainless steel types 1.4301 and 1.4307 are also known as grades 304

and 304L respectively. Type 304 is the most versatile and widely used stainless steel

It is still sometimes referred to by its old name 18/8 which is derived from the

nominal composition of type 304 being 18% chromium and 8% nickel.

3) 316

316 / 316L Stainless Steel. Grade 316 / 316L | UNS S31600 / UNS S31603 | 1.4401 / 1.4404.

These steels are the second most regularly specified stainless steels after  Type 304 and are

part of the SAE defined 300 Series which encompasses a range of austenitic chromium-nickel alloys.

4) 316L

316 and 316L are austenitic alloys, meaning that these stainless steel

products gain corrosion resistance from use of a nonmagnetic solid

solution of ferric carbide or carbon in iron in the manufacturing process.

5) 309,   6) 310,   7) 410,   8) 420,   9) 431.

copper

Copper is a chemical element with symbol Cu and atomic number 29. It is a soft,

malleable and ductile metal with very high thermal and electrical conductivity.

A freshly exposed surface of pure copper has a reddish-orange color

  Brass

Brass is a metal alloy made of copper and zinc; the proportions of zinc and copper can be varied

to create a range of brasses with varying properties. It is a substitutional alloy:

atoms of the two constituents may replace each other within the same crystal structure.
